The order must meet the following conditions —
  • The entire order must be shipped to a single address.
  • This offer is not valid of previous purchases or pre-orders. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns merchandise. 
  • C.O.D.'s can not be used for free shipping. 
  • Trendy Fashion Tree will use courier of choice for Free Shipping. 

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship the order.

Any substitutions/additions to the order or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause a delay in shipment.

If there is a significant amount of out of stock items, we may hold the package until we receive confirmation from customer, unless otherwise requested. 

Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.

 

What is your return policy?

o Defective Item Returns

It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. In the unlikely case you have received a defective item, please email us at info@trendystylefashion.com within the first 3 days after the receipt of merchandise to obtain return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization with RA#. No defective claims will be accepted after 3 days have passed from receipt of merchandise. After receipt of your online request, we will notify by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. Please add 'info@trendystylefashion.com' to your e-mail address book to communicate. Items damaged by Buyer's mishandling or by Buyer's customer mishandling will not be accepted.

Please include a copy of your original invoice and write down RA# outside of shipping box. Send your package to:

Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same style, or the cost of the merchandise will be issued as store credit (no refunds, no exceptions). Shipping costs are non-refundable.


o Non-Defective Item Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, we may accept some items for return. Please contact us within the first 3 days after the receipt of merchandise to obtain return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No return requests will be accepted after 3 days have passed from receipt of merchandise.
Non-Defective Item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions). Store credit only (no refunds, no exceptions). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Item purchases and Private Labeling purchases are final (no exceptions).
Items being returned must be in their original condition. Items that have been worn, sold and returned, damaged by Buyer's mishandling or by Buyer's customer mishandling, or displaying your store tags will not be accepted (no exceptions).

Will I be charged for return shipping?

Is the original shipping refundable?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are reshipping defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders. For International orders, a credit will be given.


How do I make an exchange?

There are no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned with RMA number will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question.

 

Typographical Errors

TrendyFashionTree.com is not responsible for any typographical errors including incorrect price and description.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price. TrendyFashionTree.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


International Order Policy (Including Canada)

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. TrendyFashionTree.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.


We assume no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. Any international Shipping charge is non-refundable.

In any dispute or claim you have against Trendy Fashion Tree, you must first attempt in good faith to meet and confer and resolve the dispute or claim in question by submitting your claim in writing. If the dispute or claim in question is not resolved within sixty ( 60 ) days following the date the attempt to meet and confer to settle such dispute or claim was initiated, such dispute or claim shall be decided by neutral, binding arbitration and not by court action, except as provided by California law for judicial review of arbitration proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or Judicial Arbitration And Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") in Los Angeles County, California.

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process.
